Certification is not required to start using DiSC in your organization or with your clients. However, it's highly recommended to complete the certification program if you plan to use DiSC with others, provide feedback, or facilitate training based on the DiSC model.
If you already have extensive experience with DiSC, the quickest way to get started is by selecting the Starter Pack, which gives you access to DiSC assessments through your own admin account.

It typically takes about 12-20 minutes to complete an Everything DiSC Workplace assessment. The time may vary depending on the type of profile and the adaptive testing approach of the assessment.
Once the questionnaire is completed, the administrator can provide instant access to the report, or it can be withheld by until a scheduled team DiSC session.
