What’s Included at Each Price Point
A direct answer on what Everything DiSC certification costs, including the course, account and optional materials.

The Catalyst Practitioner Experience (1 495 €) is an optional add-on we recommend. With it, the total for a new practitioner is 3 485 €.

VAT treatment
All prices exclude VAT. Estonian VAT is added for buyers in Estonia and for private individuals or non-VAT-registered organisations in the EU. For VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries, the reverse-charge mechanism usually applies, and buyers outside the EU are normally invoiced without VAT. We confirm the exact treatment on your quote.
Possible additional costs after certification
- Further profiles beyond the one included, at partner pricing
- Facilitation materials for specific programs (Catalyst, Workplace, Management, Agile EQ). Check more here: Everything DiSC Facilitation Kits
- Team View, Comparison and Facilitator Supplement reports at no extra cost; only the Group Culture report is priced separately
Does certification expire?
No, there is no expiration.
Certification vs. buying profiles through a partner
If you only need a handful of profiles occasionally, buying directly (see assessment cost) is usually cheaper upfront than the 1 990 € certification investment. Certification pays off once you run DiSC sessions regularly enough that facilitating them in-house outweighs the course cost. The partner pricing on profiles (up to 20%) is the same with or without certification. See our full break-even analysis.
Refund, transfer, or cancellation terms
Everything DiSC certification purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals once purchased. However, it is possible to choose any date and change the dates up to a week before the course starts.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Everything DiSC certification cost?
1 990 € per participant through discprofiles.eu, including the course, an EPIC admin account, one assessment and up to 20% partner pricing on future profiles. The Catalyst Practitioner Experience (1 495 €) is an optional add-on we recommend. With it, the total is 3 485 €.
Do you charge VAT on certification?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added for buyers in Estonia and for private individuals or non-VAT-registered organisations in the EU. VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries are usually invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism, and buyers outside the EU normally without VAT.
Is certification cheaper than buying profiles directly?
Not upfront. Having your own DiSC admin account and getting certification pays for itself when you run DiSC regularly: the account (also included in the Starter Pack) gives up to 20% partner pricing, and certification saves the cost of an external facilitator. See our worth-it guide for the full breakdown.
