Do I need to be certified to use a Facilitation Kit?
No. Facilitation Kits are built to be self-contained — the guide, slides, and videos walk you through delivering the session. Certification is recommended if you plan to facilitate regularly or handle more complex group dynamics. See the full certification program →
What’s the difference between a Facilitation Kit and Everything DiSC Certification?
A Facilitation Kit gives you ready-made materials to run one specific application. Certification teaches you the underlying DiSC model, research, and coaching skills so you can facilitate confidently across any application — including handling live questions and pushback.
Can I use a kit for more than one Everything DiSC application?
Each kit is built around a single application (Workplace, Management, Sales, etc.). If you need to facilitate multiple applications, the Catalyst Practitioner Experience is usually a better fit since it covers your whole suite in one place.
How is the Practitioner Experience different from a one-time kit purchase?
A kit is a one-time purchase for one application. The Practitioner Experience is an ongoing platform — it gives you access to three kits (Workplace, Management, Agile EQ), live group insights inside Catalyst, and includes continued training and peer community access.
