Buying from us: contracts, invoicing and data protection
discprofiles.eu is run by IPB PARTNERS OÜ, an Estonian company and authorised Wiley partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®. You contract with and are invoiced by IPB PARTNERS OÜ in euros. We sign a data processing agreement with any organisation that asks for one, and our own data agreement with Wiley covers how assessment data is handled on Wiley’s platforms.

Invoicing, VAT and payment
- Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
- Businesses registered for VAT in another EU country are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule: we do not add VAT, and you account for it in your own country.
- Payment by bank transfer against invoice, with a payment term of 2 to 4 weeks.
- Purchase orders and supplier registration forms: send them to hello@discprofiles.eu and we will complete them.
Data protection (GDPR)
Who does what with the data
When your organisation sends assessments, your organisation decides whose data is collected and why. IPB PARTNERS OÜ sets up and supports your account and processes data on your behalf. Wiley operates the EPIC and Catalyst™ platforms where participants answer the questions and where reports are produced.
Data processing agreement
We sign a data processing agreement with your organisation on request, before any assessments are sent. Ask for ours or send your own template.
Our agreement with Wiley
IPB PARTNERS OÜ has a separate data agreement with Wiley covering assessment data on its platforms. Wiley stores the data with Amazon Web Services.
What is collected and how long it is kept
Participants provide their name, email address and their answers to the assessment, and the platform produces their report. All data stays in your organisation’s own account, and no one else can access it. We delete all data on request.
What happens after you contact us
- We reply within one working day.
- A short call to understand your goal and choose the right profile.
- A written proposal with prices and timing, plus the data processing agreement if you need one.
- We set up your account and you can start sending assessments.

Can you sign our data processing agreement?
Yes. Send it to hello@discprofiles.eu, or ask for our standard agreement.
Do you add VAT for EU companies?
No. Businesses with a valid VAT number in another EU country are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule, so we do not add VAT.
What are the payment terms?
Payment by bank transfer within 2 to 4 weeks of the invoice date.
Who can see the assessment results?
Only the people your organisation gives access to in its own account. The participant receives their own report.
Can the data be deleted?
Yes. We delete all data on request.
