A 2026 Pricing Guide
What an Everything DiSC profile actually costs, what’s included at each price point, and how the maths changes once you’re buying for a team.
Short answer: A single Everything DiSC profile starts around 68 € when purchased individually for certified users. Most organisations buying through discprofiles.eu instead start with the DiSC Starter Pack at 249 €, which includes your own EPIC admin account, one full Everything DiSC assessment, and access to the DiSC Knowledge Hub — plus a 25% partner discount on any further profiles you buy afterwards.

VAT treatment
No VAT is added for VAT-registered businesses purchasing within the EU, or for buyers outside the EU. VAT is added only when the buyer is a private individual in the EU, or a non-VAT-registered entity in the EU. If you’re unsure which category applies to your organisation, ask before you check out — it changes the final invoice total.
What’s included at each level
The Starter Pack’s 249 € covers more than the assessment itself:
- Your own EPIC online admin account, valued separately at 250 €, which lets you send assessments and pull reports and being self-sufficient with using the profiles.
- One full Everything DiSC profile of your choice.
- Access to the DiSC Knowledge Hub for reference material and training support.
- A 25% partner discount on any additional profiles, applied automatically once you’re a starter-pack holder.
Group reports and add-ons
Team View, Supplemental reports, and Comparison reports are included at no extra charge with your assessments. The one exception is the Group Culture report, which costs 123 € per team.
Certified-practitioner pricing
If your organisation runs DiSC regularly — onboarding new hires, refreshing teams annually, running it across multiple departments — the 1 990 € DiSC Certification package usually pays for itself faster than buying one-off profiles at retail. It includes the certification course itself plus the same 25% partner pricing on every profile you buy afterwards. Whether that break-even makes sense for your situation depends on volume; see the worked examples below.

Starter Pack + 24 profiles at partner pricing at 68 €, plus a half-day facilitated workshop (ask for a personal offer, as workshop pricing depends on several factors).
Certified Practitioner package (3 485 €) + 49 profiles at partner pricing at 68 €, no facilitator fee if you run workshops in-house.
What changes the final cost
- Which profile you choose. Workplace, Management, Agile EQ, Productive Conflict, Work of Leaders, and Sales are priced separately.
- Report language. Some languages are charged at higher rates (Scandinavian languages, for instance).
- Whether you’re facilitating in-house or bringing in a trainer. Facilitation adds a separate line item on top of the assessments.
- Volume. We offer further discounts for Silver and Gold level clients — levels you reach once you’re buying a certain number of profiles a year.
- Group Culture reports. The only group-level report priced separately — Team View, Supplemental, and Comparison reports are included.
Buying profiles vs. buying a facilitated workshop
Profiles on their own give each person a report to read. A facilitated workshop adds a trainer who walks the group through what the results mean together, which is usually where the real behaviour change happens. If budget is tight, profiles alone are still useful for individual reflection, but teams get more out of DiSC when someone experienced is in the room to connect the dots. Frequently asked questions
How much does a DiSC assessment cost per person?
It depends on the package. Bought individually, a single profile costs more per person than one bought as part of a Starter Pack or Certified Practitioner package, both of which include partner discounts on further purchases.
Does the price include Catalyst?
Not automatically. Catalyst is the platform version of the assessment and is priced and licensed separately from a standard PDF profile — check which format your package includes.
Is certification worth it just for the pricing benefit?
If you’re only ever buying one or two profiles, no — the course cost won’t pay for itself. If you’re running DiSC across a team of 30+ or repeating it annually, the partner pricing on every future profile usually does. See our full guide on whether DiSC certification is worth it.
Do you charge VAT?
Not for VAT-registered EU businesses or buyers outside the EU. VAT applies only to private individuals and non-VAT-registered entities within the EU.
