Build cohesive, high‑performing teams that do better together
Powered by Everything DiSC® and built on Patrick Lencioni’s model, The Five Behaviors® turns team dysfunction into trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability, and results.

Five behaviors that make teams work
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s bestseller The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the model builds from the bottom up — each behavior depends on the one below it.
Trust
The foundation. Team members are genuinely open and vulnerable with one another.
Conflict
Trust makes healthy, unfiltered debate around ideas possible.
Commitment
After real debate, the team commits to clear decisions.
Accountability
Committed team members hold each other to high standards.
Results
The apex — the team focuses on collective outcomes over individual ego.

How healthy is your team, really?
To get a taste of the model, take Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions assessment — the same questionnaire from his bestselling book — and see which behavior your team needs to work on first.

“Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.”

What is The Five Behaviors®?
The Five Behaviors is a learning experience built on Patrick Lencioni’s model for building cohesive teams, combined with Everything DiSC® personality insights, that helps individuals and teams build trust, engage in conflict, commit to decisions, hold one another accountable, and focus on results.
What’s the difference between Team and Personal Development?
Team Development is for an intact team (5–12 people who have worked together at least 6 weeks) and produces a combined team report. Personal Development is for anyone – up to 30 people, no tenure requirement – and produces an individual profile they can use in any team.
How is it connected to DiSC?
Everything DiSC® personality assessment is built into The Five Behaviors experience, helping participants understand their own and others’ behavioural styles as a foundation for the five-behaviours model.
Do I need to be certified to run it?
No – we can facilitate the programme for you. If you want to run it in-house yourself, our Certification Program trains and certifies you to facilitate The Five Behaviors independently.
