How the Format Works

Everything DiSC Certification through discprofiles.eu runs as a virtual course, combining live sessions with independent study, designed for European participants and delivered in English.
Format and duration
The program runs over 2 weeks, combining 5 self-guided learning modules with 4 live virtual sessions (120 minutes each, two per week) led by a Wiley education expert. Total time commitment is about 20 hours, roughly 10 hours per week.
Live sessions and independent study
The course combines scheduled live sessions with self-paced material you work through independently. This mix lets participants fit certification around a working schedule rather than blocking out several consecutive days.
Time zone
Live sessions are scheduled across European time zones, with new cohorts starting twice a month so there’s usually a start date that fits your schedule.
Language
Delivered in English. DiSC Certification is also available locally in many European languages. Contact us for your specific language need!
Weekly commitment
About 10 hours per week across the 2-week program (~20 hours total).
Assessment, assignments, and final examination
Participants complete two applied projects during the course, then a self-directed final exam to earn the Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential.
Technical requirements
A stable internet connection and a computer capable of running standard video-conferencing software is all that’s typically required.
Prerequisites
No formal prerequisites are required to enrol. Familiarity with DiSC from prior use (a completed assessment, a workshop you’ve attended) is helpful but not mandatory.
